**Refund & Returns Policy**

We want you to love your Yardory experience. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can request a return or refund under the following conditions:

**Returns:**  
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

**Refunds:**  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

**Damaged Items:**  
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

**Note:** Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.
